Deadly silence

ON the stand, Maj. Gen. Jovtio Palparan complains, “I just feel as if I am being extracted information on matters that are military. I invoke the right to remain silent.” The right to remain silent is a right accorded only to those who are criminally charged, and that’s something any idiot who’s ever sat more than two hours watching an action flick knows.
